Hi Frank,
You use a aero ektar too, don't you?
Yep, wide open, I love this combination,
the model needs to concentrate to the max,
and the lens has a magical quality,
I'll post some more if you like

I like the way the second image is designed. The texture of the grass and angle is interesting. Of course the first image has many merits all on it's own starting with the subject.

Agreed.
I was just excited because it was my first sheet of Type 55. I haven't yet had a chance to get burned out on the cliche Polaroid border.

I am joining everybody else in commenting this portrait.
Absolutely beautiful.
1/2 Diane Arbus, 1/3 Sally Mann with just a sprinkle of Kertesz' sweetness.

This is Amber, this woman's face has always inspired me, but I feel I still haven't done her justice.

May I say that I really love the portraits on this thread?
I finally feel I found some people on the net who search for the
same holy grail as I am.
Some more Aero Ektar Graflex portraits, comments welcome,

You know, Brad...it was your portraits and other LF shots on Flickr that got me started in LF in the first place.
Great shot of Grandma...
Re: How about a New Portrait thread?
domenico,
Is that portrait part of the women portrait project you mentioned to me a few months ago?
Very nice. It does not look like natural light. But I don't know you use studio.
