First sheet through the Asanuma half plate/4x5 conversion project. Boogered the exposure, but the film plane/ground glass registration is good!

I like it Scott, if the exposure was less the background would've just gone black. Mabee just print down the face a touch to get a little more tone. I do like the quality of light though. The brighter cheeks draw me right into the eyes and freckles.

Keep the exposure but develop a bit less, would be my suggestion. Both being already done, I agree to burn in the cheeks a bit, but overall I too like it.
OR - try 1/2 to 1 grade lower contrast paper.

This is my best effort so far, and inspired by LFPF. It's not perfect (focus is off), but I like it.
Unknown brass projection lens, Arista EDU Ultra 100, and D76.

Scott, Frank, et.al. do a great job showing freckles with film. Here's my freckly model who has lost her first tooth.
