Thank you. I tried to wash those stains, no effect. Do you recommend any special way to wash them ??
I presume that there are chemicals on the non-emulsion side of the film. I am looking to confirm this. If that is true, a more prolonged (and energetic) pre-washing may provide some help. I will try it-

as Paul suggested, refit the film first and that *should* solve the problem.

Problem solved, you were right. I developed the negatives in the reel, used a stop bath and proceede to fixer - two in the reel, two in a tray . Staiins persisted in the reel-fixed negatives, but were completely absent in the tray- fixed ones. I will change my darkroomprotocol accordingly.
Now, is it safe to fix the negatives (after the stop bath), under a red light ?? Or should I fix them always in complete darkness ??
