Re: Jobo CPP2 Pump Repair
my pump was acting super sluggish and wouldn't move water as well. also noisy af as it laboured to work. as labrat suggested, give it a through cleaning and flush it out. working like a champ since the cla. cpp processors are a blessing when working haha. good luck
Re: Jobo CPP2 Pump Repair
Hey guys,
I'd for some reason lost track of this thread (the forum wasn't sending me notification Emails?) and hadn't realized there were more replies. Sorry. Found the CPP2 service manual and will try cleaning the pump later today. Will keep you informed! I can't believe it's been a year since I first posted this... I need to develop some film...
Re: Jobo CPP2 Pump Repair
It's been a while since I posted in this thread too. I got tired of using a crappy aquarium pump with my Jobo CPP so I took another look at the pump. Turns out my main problem is the plastic pump shaft was really bent, I used a heat gun to carefully bend it back straight. The pump still makes a bit more noise than I think it should though, going to try greasing the shaft and bearings next.

Can you share it? Mine's a CPA2, but suspect there are a number of common features.
