Re: Show off your Large Format camera!
Rochester Universal and 9" Verito. Shooting a little soft focus this afternoon, a nice overcast day, and the camera looked so beautiful I had to take a shot of it. Taken with 1950s Kern Bolex 16mm movie lens.

Re: Show off your Large Format camera!
Did you use a 4/3rds sensor with the 16mm lens?

Re: Show off your Large Format camera!
I don't have this anymore. This is me in the 80s, and I thought I would post it here just for the interest/shock value. Does anyone know what it is? The part that was cool at the time was how the back panel folded out, and then the back kept extending out from there. Close it all up, and it was just a leather-covered box.
There's a bigger version, if you want a closer look, at https://www.flickr.com/photos/mdarnt...05911/sizes/l/ I wish I still had it--I didn't realize at the time how cool it was--and in pretty good condition, too!
I can read "diffused focus" on the lens in the large version......

Thanks. Its old, wooden geodetic tripod. I renovated it, I slimmed down a bit - is yet quite heavy but very, very stable. And with Majestic - are withstanding the cambo weight very easy. Worse with carrying on the shoulder.....
Re: Show off your Large Format camera!
I have the 5x7 version of this camera.
Mine has no nameplate, and has a Gundlach Rapid Rectigraphic lens.

Re: Show off your Large Format camera!
It's a pretty slick idea for a field camera: flop down front with track, flop down back with track. It would be fun to figure it out and build one in a more modern style.
