Nice hawk Peter! Edit: and owls!
I just remembered some photos I shot at a Renaissance Fair over the summer, including this image of two scarlet macaws. When I was younger, I really wanted my mom to get a pair, but despite raising baby birds she is leery of the larger birds that have some serious strength in their beaks. There was a scarlet at the pet shop she sold cockatiels to that was available for months, that was kinda mean to everyone but for some reason liked me and let me pet it. My mom was afraid it was going to take off a finger.
