Or better yet, start a thread for 8x10 cropped to 82x246mm. Might as well use the entire width of the film.:)

Or even a thread "Wasting film: How I use a sledge hammer to crack walnuts"?
There's an image I took that I specifically prefer cropped and planned that from the time I took it on my 8x10 that's why I asked.
Not a landscape, just on street~
A couple of test shots using my new (to me) Canham 6x17 roll film back on a Canham MQC (5x7) camera:

And the same scene in color:

I like the b&W, but he color does absolutely nothing for me.
I like both in a way, the contrast on the B&W is intense but interesting, the color, I like the green moss area but it makes the background appear dull.
So do you own two backs? Or did you kill both rolls to get to the next roll? Or happened to be on the last one? That's what, 4 exposures per roll?
I thought I shared these but I guess I didn't. I'm not sure if this is exclusive to 6x17 roll film backs or not, but I'm on my phone, so I can't tell if I'm in the LF section or the "everything else" section. Let me know if this is frowned upon since I don't own a 6x17 roll film back.

8x10 cropped to 6x17 (originally planned as 4x10 but I think I like the 6x17 better).
