ISN, were they sold as prints? I prefer number 1 on my monitor, but could imagine number 2 would look better on a large print.

Richard, a very wonderful image.
On a couple of your earlier images you have shared here, there was, in my eye, a noticable imbalance of the light across the panoramic image that failed to keep my eye within the image. Then your last ones were wonderfully balanced and are just that...wonderful. Now you do this to me! You slap me in the face and say, "Hey! Wake up! Look at This!" And I see an image that quietly stomps that rule into dust, that works, and that is beautiful.

Thank you Vaugh. I have quite a bit of experience with XPan, but it's not at all the same as using a view camera!

A few landscapes from my first trip into the wild with a LF camera (8x10 DIY, weighs a heck of a ton :) . The Rila Mountain Range in Bulgaria, all shots have been taken above 6000ft altitude, which made the intensity of uv light a problem, and I lost a considerable degree of photos due to overexposure.

Well, that's fantastic... It's so different from all the pictures of Plitvice that I have seen, it's like a different world... Fantastic...

This might look familiar. It's an alternate view of a scene I posted last year. For the curious, I believe they grow hops here.

Thanks for the comment Stradibarrius, the most beautiful time of the year for nature photography here in my area on the Plitvice Lakes is definitely fall, and winter is a very magical and beautiful, with lots of water very nice is a spring. On the other hand, the summer should definitely be avoided, primarily because of the incredible lots of tourists ( up to 12,000 per day), especially in July and August, which often tend to be very poor with water, and waterfalls are then very small.

Very nice. I would have no idea of the scale without the village.

Yes, the scale is not obvious until one looks at the village... Has to be seen large to appreciate... must be wonderful...

Clay,
I find this "Ah-Shi" series of yours fascinating because there is no real way to tell the scale from the image itself. Could be hills hundreds of feet high or small mounds inches high.

I think Bryce is the b/w photographer’s ideal place for Grand Texture.
I can “feel” it in this shot.

Thanks. I sat on this one for a long time (since 2005) because I thought it was the sort of photo that wouldn't translate very well to a computer screen. I'm glad you like it.

I have another one without the person I'm about to upload. I kinda like the person brings another element to it... but I'm not sure.
