It reminds me of the Hopi Women photos by Curtis!

There are some really fabulous portraits this month.
My offering is from Atlantic City, Wyoming. This is the Inn Keeper at the Miners Delight where they have over 75 single malts to try.
Please don't try them all in one sitting. :D

Thanks. I was thinking that a little bit, too, but it wasn't on purpose. Only when I saw the finished image did the connection occur to me.
I take 'mysterious' and 'bizarre' as high praise, but to me it's just my wife in a blanket. How bizarre can that be? ;)
Thanks, Bill.
Thank you.

I truly appreciate all the feedback. It's nice to know that such a personal image resonates beyond my own four walls. That's not something I could ever come to know on my own.

If you knew me better I would say something silly like "depends on what's under the blanket" or some such thing, obviously if your wife is self conscious that might not be interpreted correctly based on my own bizarre view of the world (hence this dialog to go with it).
Mystery and Bizarre are also compliments in my view :)
Be well and keep shooting. Can't wait till I can get a 4x5 so I can post!
Jonathan, I also have to second those admiring and enjoying your latest portraits of your wife. They are funny, intriguing, mysterious, and way more... they are great (the first one a little more IME - that's "eyes" ;) )...

Thank you, Jiri. You're very kind. I'll pass your comments on to my wife. They will help keep her happy and willing to pose for me!
Jonathan
Here are a couple more from a shoot yesterday. I love that Cooke lens.
