following with interest, especially the 6x17.
hopefully it will take the large rear element of my Nikkor SW 90/4.5 lens, I understand you need a larger helicoid for that.

Thanks!
It will require slightly larger M77 helicoid. Nikkor SW 90mm f4.5 fits easily in it without limitations.
There are different flange options so that the lens can be easily transferred between different cameras and we can also provide the lens board with thread or flange for your existing LF camera.
Two different lengths of the Graflok adapter are available. Longer one can be used with longer lenses or for close-up photography in order to avoid vignetting as 617 format is wider than the opening in 4x5 back/Graflok mount.

So can you provide a cone for the 90mm lens with the M77 helicoid on it ?

Re: Kickstarter Campaign - 617C/612C (Graflok adapter av.), 45PS, 57PS and 810PS came
Yes, both M67 and M77 helicoids and flanges will be available (machined M67 flanges are on hand, M77 will be ordered as soon as I have some idea of demand - probably in 2-3 weeks).
Machined flanges are one of the upgrades in this new Kickstarter. Both threads can also be 3d printed and they work well just slightly slower to use with M77 as the thread step is finer than M65.
Cone can be made to any required focal length with 90mm being the most popular.
See attached picture of the flange. This is M65 but M77 will be the same. The same flange can be used on lens boards or other cameras.
It's a brand new two piece clamping design made specifically for these cameras that enables rotation of the flange (and lens) to desired angle in a few moments by loosening the clamping screws.
The same feature is used on the lens boards as different helicoids have different thread starts. This way top of the lens can be easily positioned on the top where it belongs.
Helicoids are laser engraved and calibrated with distance scales and hyperfocal markings. There's a customer who uses one of the cameras with great success together with Bosch laser distance meter for short distances.
I've assembled an optical bench almost 4 meters long with targets at 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 3m and 5m and 10m targets in front of the bench.
There's collimator fixture for the bench to collimate lenses before calibration start.
I have 45mm, 65mm, 75mm, 80mm, 90mm, 105mm, 120mm, 135mm, 150mm, 180mm 210mm, 240mm, 270mm, 300mm and 360mm lenses available on hand for calibration and can provide calibrated helicoids in these focal lengths.

Just added many more resources in one place on the website: https://customcamerabuilding.com/
Link to all three is the first item in the menu.
There are 3 different pages based on interest:
CCB 617C and 612C page: https://customcamerabuilding.com/pag...-617c-and-612c
CCB 45PS, 57PS and 810PS page: https://customcamerabuilding.com/pag...57ps-and-810ps
M65/M67 Flange, Grip, Lens boards: https://customcamerabuilding.com/pag...ip-options-etc
There are still some more videos, product photos and additional example scans coming. Working on those.

Many thanks to Ishkhan Ghazarian for having me there for this video and demonstration.
It demonstrates almost all functions of the camera.
On the other hand we both forgot the dark cloth and loupe. Luckily it didn't affect results.
I had too much stuff in my backpack and photo bag. Something essential had to stay back at home waiting on my desk for me to return...
