I have a Colorgetter 3 Pro and it is makin a loud beep noise. The beep noise just started after 5 min after turning the machine on. I did shut it off and restart, but the beep came back on at start up and is consistant. The scanner does a complete cycle , but I am not able the spin the drum. Any ideas?
