3 1/2 in Extreme Wide Angle 5x8

I was hoping please that somebody might recognise this lens. I am curious to know the manufacturer.

The lens is engraved Extreme Wide Angle !00* 5x8 Focus 3 1/2 In No 2620 C. G. WILLOUGHBY New York
I believe C G Willoughby maybe a photographic dealer. It looks to be a Wide Angle Rectilinear.

This post has been prompted by the similar post earlier about the Beck 4" W.A.R. I have one of those too. This lens has similar reflections.

Just curious as to whom the manufacturer was and am hoping that someone will be able to recognise the style of manufacture.

Willoughby is almost certainly just the reseller. I have my own WAR posted with a plea for info. The problem with RR types is that there were so many manufacturers it's not likely to make a definitive ID. I would think somewhere around 1900 by virtue of the aperture (and the fact that Willighby's website -yes, they're still around - states established 1898)?
