I have a chance at making an offer on a Mint Horseman FA.. is 850 too much ??

That one looks somewhat beat up. I'd go with the Mint one for $850.

Yep I agree.. that one also lacks a focusing hood/.. which would cost more than 150 to replace..
I am waiting for an email back from the seller on the Mint one.. fingers crossed...

Well .. end of thread guys... I just scored a like new one for 850 in the original box with papers and everything.. Thanks all
