Powered Benzotaizole - Shelf Life

As a follow up to my earlier question as to the shelf life of powered metol and sodium sulfite that have been stored for years in sealed plastic bottles , what is the shelf life of benzotraizole?

Also, what are the signs that benzotraizole has "gone bad"?
