Talk with Evan or Haddon @ Aztek, they should know if there's anyone who can do this.
**Be aware, it won't be cheap, might be easier/less costly to find a used drum.**
I've also read about people having drums "reconditioned" and due to heat build-up during the process, it ruined the acrylic's integrity long-term.

Once a drum is crazed, there are no options except to replace the drum.
It is likely (there are many varying opinions on this) that the drum was overheated in a prior reconditioning and that is what caused the crazing. This is what Aztek would tell you...
