Foth was a German camera maker/seller from Berlin operating between the wars. Sold quite a lot, mostly variations of their "Derby" 127.

The 10.5cm lens is almost certainly for a 6x9cm camera.
This is the budget version of a 9x12cm camera - without extending bed.
The viewfinder is missing from the front standard.
Plate/film holders can still be got - probably in the Ukraine, as the Russians (USSR) were big makers of these.
From official cameras of USSR this kind beat only FOTOKOR-1, nevertheless I incline that my camera from Europe

Given that that has that very distinct and odd mount yoke, at least that bit will be a FOTOKOR-1. Do you have any reasons to believe the rest is from a different camera?
