Exact Film Dimensions

Greetings and Happy New Year!
Can someone tell me the exact dimensions of 11 by 14 and 14 by 17 film? Also, does anyone know if there are dimension variations across the different manufacturers?
I'm working on a project and if I actually complete it, I'll post info here.

Does anyone have a piece of Ilford 11 by 14 film they could measure for me? I think thats the only size readily available.
