Questions regarding Linhof multifocus viewfinder (latest version)

Hello,

I have the Linhof multifocus viewfinder (latest version, for the 9x12/4x5 camera) but not the instruction manual and the 4x5 mask that come with it
[1] Should the rings for changing the focal length and distance be rotated clockwise, anticlockwise, or it doesn't matter ?
[2] Any suggestion as to where I can find the 4x5 mask ?

I don't believe the direction matters. The distance will rotate either direction without stops. The Focal length rotates counter clockwise from shortest focal length to longest and stops there

The mask is catalog # 001379. You can order it from a camera store or a Linhof distributor or service center.

Hi Bob, B-H said the mask I want is #1385 not 1379. Just double check to make sure I order the right mask. I look for the original 4x5 mask that comes with the Linhof multifocus viewfinder for the 9x12/4x5 camera (as written on the back side of the viewfinder). Many thanks -- Linh
