I can't tell if this means they already have been bought, or might be. It might pull them out of bankruptcy, though the news says even if they do, they plan to focus less on photography. That's like a car company saying they plan to focus less on making cars.

It says that an offer is being made. The Debtor Committee would then have to accept it along with the court's approval of the deal.

True. Incompetent CEO's need to eat too. And the world certainly needs more low-end cameras made in China with the Kodak name slapped on the front.
