Custom Bellows at www.custombellows.com in Great Britain would be a good option. I bought a D2 bellows off EBay years ago. But, I don't think I've seen one become available since.

I don't know how hard they are to remove (glued or screwed?) but you can have the set off my old d2 for the cost of shipping.
