I have six images in the New Orleans Photo Alliance CURRENTS 2012 exhibit at The Ogden Museum of Southern Art. It's an annual member's showcase curated by Richard McCabe, Curator of Photography at The Ogden. http://www.neworleansphotoalliance.org/index.php

If you are in New Orleans between now and JAN 6 go by and take a look. There are also exhibits by Shelby Lee Adams, Tav Falco, and Louviere & Vanessa. http://www.ogdenmuseum.org/exhibitions/index.html

These images are from a series I am working on between the MS River and the Atchafalaya River. 8x10 contact prints on Lodima paper.

That is a hell of an idea for a photography project and frankly I'm jealous. The Mississippi and Atchafalaya Rivers form the eastern and western boundaries of a section of the nation that is scenic, culturally significant, and has played (and still plays) a significant part in the history of Louisiana and the nation. Great idea!

Congratulations. I was in New Orleans recently and was disappointed to have to leave the day PhotoNola opened. Have a great show!
