What were the hood/shade options for the Optar 135/4.7 originally? There seem to be not much related information available.

Kodak Series adapter and shade. I can't recall the size at the moment but that is information easily gleened from an internet search.

There also was a cool Wollensak shade that interlocked with the aperter lever, making it easier to set aperture.

Series VI adapter in 38mm, or 1-1/2 inch. Series VI filters and shade.

I had one of the Wollensak-made ones specifically for the 135mm f/4.7 Raptars and Graflex Optars, and it was nice. A bit uncommon today, I believe. It had a quick release knob/ friction-mount clamp. Aperture lever engagement mates with an engraved aperture scale to make reading and setting it from above/behind the camera a breeze. Hood also functions as the Series VI adapter.
