Size of Fujinon A 180mm rear lens cap

I've been searching all over the Internet for the size of the rear lens cap of a Fujinon A 180mm and the only measurement I found is in B&H's website, but it seems wrong (57mm). Do any of you know?

Mine is 37mm rear, 48mm front, 46mm filters.

Mine, mounted in a silver ringed copal shutter, has a Fujinon cap labeled 37.
