I want to extend public praise to Mike Walker for the first class service he extended to me, even though I was not the original purchaser of his camera.
I recently purchased a used Walker 4x5 that had weak tension on the spring back. Mike was very quick to explain how I could attempt to adjust the tension on my own, or offered to repair it for the cost of shipping it back to the UK. I tried the adjustment myself, but I still felt the tension was a little weak, so I shipped the back to Mike. He took care of the problem by replacing the spring and had the camera back to me in about two weeks.
I could not be more pleased with the whole experience. Thanks Mike!
