Correct, images submitted should contain some type of photographica. It doesnt have to be the main subject, but image should contain a camera, lens or other piece of photographica.

As anexample, Andreas Feininger took this iconic image:

Looks like 1 and 6 had a close race. I had trouble deciding which to vote for this year. I really liked a number of them.

I have to admit that predudice meant I went for the winner, I'm a sucker for Leica's having been smitten with them as a student in 1972 after seeing some amazing work made with an M2. I did acquire a IIIA shortly after very cheaply althought it was many years before I bought my M3 and found it was all I expected :D

In truth apart from the shot of a Polaroid camera I liked them all.
