I don't recognize the "Apo Symmar" font style.......and Kreuznach seems to be mis-spelt!

Doesn't look right. Should be Kreuznach.

(mis-spelled seems to be mis-spelled too!!).

"Krefsnuch", no "Schneider" visible, and it's in Seoul. What do you think?

It is legitimate. http://www.largeformatphotography.info/forum/showthread.php?58166-Fake-Schneider-lens&highlight=schneider+krishna

Spelling corrected (with blushes) thanks!

I didn't think to search to see if it had popped up before - thanks Dan.

Spelling corrected (with blushes) thanks!

Lettering probably printed by computer and stuck on.

Love the second photo on the ebay ad! Looks like a shot of a black donut...

Is this supposed to be somebody's photoshop joke? Korean knockoff? What the hey?

Cletus, STFU and read the discussion the link in post # 5 points to.

Dan, Much as people who can't be bothered to read a thread piss me off too, your response is over the top.

Oh, my, and you're in New Jersey, the state of exits and abrasion.

Thank you so much for your candid advice Mr. Fromm. And you're absolutely right too, I had no business whatsoever making such a totally uninformed and disrespectful comment like that, especially in reference to what must be a deeply personal matter for you. For that, please accept my most sincere apologies. You may rest assured I shall take great care in commenting on a topic without first carefully referencing any link, or other tidbit that you may have deigned to grace us with.

I am truly thankful you were here and available to set me straight, and in such an assertive manner! I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking it was getting just a little too civil around here lately. It's comforting know there are still a few cretins out there sticking their necks out to keep things in perspective for the rest of us.

Cletus,

Ignore him.
1) The lens in the link he posted is a different lens.
2) The auction has been removed by seller.
3) You spent way too much time calling him an @hole.

Yeah, you're right. That moron didn't rate all that, I couldn't help myself....

I wish the mods would just wipe this utterly pointless thread!

I found the thread to be useful... but I followed the link. :o

Cletus, you're -1 for 3. Three posts in this thread, of which one added negative value and two neither added nor subtracted. Keep up the good work. You may eventually rise to moron level.
