Installation of Epson printer EPL-6200L

My computer OS is window XP home edition, while I install the epson printer with usb connection, the computer can detect the new hardware but the driver of printer cannot be installed which receive a error code 28 " The dirver for device is not installed".

I have tried for many combination step for connection & install which suggested by IBM & Epson, but doesn't help.

You might want to have a look on the Epson web site, for a newer version of the drivers for that printer. Another thought is to uninstall the drivers and try again. Depending on where you purchased the printer, you might be able to get some help at the store - or from a friend that is more computer-savvy. Some times, we make a mistake that we don't see, and having someone else around, we see the mistake we are making.
