Is there anyone left out there who can produce a corrected copy negative from either:
1--A damaged 4X5 black and white negative. It has a pinhead sized hole in it, which I tried to blacken and produced a larger black and grey smudge. It leaves a hole about the size of those smileys >>>>> on a 16X20 enlargement.
2--A scan made from the neative before it was damaged.
3--A print made from the negative before it was damaged.
I am in Maryland, and the last standing B&W lab in the whole region stopped doing copy negs 10 years ago.
I don't what to produce digital images from a scan; I want a negative I can continue to use in my darkroom
Tnx
