A friend of mine bought this camera in the highlands of central Peru. Any ideas what camera it is? The lens is a Schneider 135mm f4.5. I'm not even sure if this is a 4x5 or a 5x7. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Judging from the picture, it must be an Ebony.
