Slightly closer than Toronto but perhaps more south that you would like, Print Space in NYC has a 10x10 in a rental darkroom.

The owner of this darkroom requires excellent print quality to come out of it , so Steve I can give you some lessons , it may take a month just to get you up to snuff.
But there is a free space to stay with good food and drink.

hey, may take longer as I have been developing in Dumante! Ouch!
