A friend of mine had a 4x5 film holder that belonged to his father. Apparently the film has been in the holder for over 20 years.
I've searched the various notch codes, but cannot locate this.

In a film changing tent, I used my fingernail to feel for the code, and it felt like what I've provided in this image.

The discontinued Kodak Commercial Film 6127 and 4127 had a similar notch except the wide notch was square sided and no deeper than the narrow notch.

It might be super xx(4142), or royal pan(4141), or Tmax 100(TMX, but with some space between the notches)

all of those emulsions had double v-notches

Super XX had two "V" notches close together. TMax100 has similar with space between them. I don't remember this code from the past.

Looks a lot like Super XX one V is deeper than the other.

I still have and use Super XX. This is not the correct code for that film. The two "V" notches are the same depth.
