I just acquired a box of film holders for 4x5 the first two that I looked at had film already in them. I'll check the rest in a darkroom if there is any way to identify it. Is there a way to identify it? The notches all seem different.

There were two polaroid 405 with film in them. Does anyone know what the process time would be. One has "Polacolor ER ISO 80/20(degree)", the other one is "BLACK & WHITE P/N 75 SPEED"

You can Google "film notch code" to see what you have in the holders.
The 405 holders are still widely used, and film is still available for them, but only from Fuji these days.
Polacolor, by now, should probably be exposed at 50 ISO and developed for a full two minutes.
The P/N (positive/negative) is a special film that produces a positive and a negative.
You can Google that too for specific instructions on how to handle it, it's also known as Type 665 in that format.
