Tighten a Technika's Focus Lock

Short of sending it off, is there a DIY way to tighten up the focus lock on a Technika V? Mine just flops left to right, no Viagra jokes please.

There's probably a cam in there that needs to be turned and then tightened in place, if you're comfortable disassembling the block, which looks like it involves removing the leatherette on the underside of the camera where the lock is.
