Artemis has 70 & 77 mm lenses for 4x5.

Match Lens will show you different formats with similar angles of view. E.g., a 6x6 80mm lens is equivalent to a 362.9mm in 4x5. There are a lot of different formats.

I was just looking at this today because I wanted to get Viewfinder Pro which I found out won't run on my IPhone since Apple decided to obsolete it even though it is only three years old. Gotta love it! Anyway, Viewfinder Pro used to have 4x5 framelines. I don't know if it still does but it looks like the best one in the cursory research I did. You need to be running at least 4.3 for it though. I believe the Artemis will run on slightly older iOs'. If you find it works let us know. I would be interested in getting it myself.

I bought the Viewfinder Pro and it needs a wider lens adapter for winde lenese include 75mm. It works pretty well with non winde lenses.
