Hi everyone,

I've recently acquired a beautiful Plaubel Profia 5x7 and a Rodenstock 150mm and looking forward to some leisure LF photography. I would like very much to discuss every useful aspect of this respectful field of photography and share with you any useful tip and experience.

Looking forward to acquaint with you all.

Thank You
Jon

Hello Jon, & welcome. What kinds of subjects do you enjoy photographing?

Yes, this old German machine is a beauty, sturdy and tight. I love portrait, nature and landscape and LF, I believe, is built exactly for that. The Plaubel Profia, since I bought it instinctively, hasn't been tested, though overall it seems in good working condition but the bellow is tattered and I am now fabricating a new one.

I have a Rodenstock 150mm Sironar f5.6, which I hope can be use with the camera. I am now scouring the forum getting as much as possible information on this combination.

Looking forward to a fruitful discussion when I retain enough experience, though.
