Agora Gallery NY, what do you know about them?

They have been bugging me to show some of my stuff.

i have been solicited by them on and off ... i never did it
i didn't have the $3k +/- they want for the exhibit ... and
after reading reviews online about problems people had
i didn't want to be involved ... i don't know of anyone ( except what i have read online ) who
showed there ... but often times the complaints are that the gallery didn't sell their work
( as if the gallery promised to sell something ) they just exhibited it ... ( but there are other complaints too )

the zeitgiest gallery that used to be in / outside of boston used to do something similar
pay a fee and they will exhibit your work ... the folks who show/showed there
seemed to have done pretty well ... but some of them are pretty well known and
very involved with the music + art scene.

i think the zeitgiest is in pittsfield mass now ... they might still do commissioned shows ...
