It's on a 12x20 camera. If that's a clue.
Also, what kind of shutter is that??
I'll have a beer on the first one to guess.

Turner - Reich triple convertible. Maybe an old Ilex?

T-R Triple looks right but the shutter looks more like a really old dial set Compur to me.

I can't read the focal length off the scales. Didn't they make one for 11x14 that started at 15 or 16 inches?

Looks like the No. 6 Turner Reich Triple Convertible for 11x14 ... f-7.5 (all shorter ones in this series were f-6.8) ... 15" combined focal length, 36" front element only, 24" rear element only.
1910-20 cost in the Ilex General shutter was $173.
