This will be a first

I'm going to Yosemite in June and this will be the first time I'm not taking any B&W film.I'm shooting 4x5 Kodak Ektar.I usually convert my color prints to B&W in Photo shop and don't see the need for B&W film.I'm a little nervous about doing it but honestly my converted images are easier to control in photo shop. Have any of you done the same?

I think Kirk does sometimes.
Seems kind of an expensive method since ektar costs about 3x more than most b+w film.
I've gone through a lot of computers lately but still have my first enlarger working perfectly. I really hate computers lately.
