I have a 50mm Rodenstock Omegaron and a 50mm Fujinon EP. Which is the best lens for enlarging?

Why ask us when you can ask your lenses?

The Omegaron is probably an Omega-badged Ysaron (4-element tessar), and the Fujinon is a 6-element lens and probably a plasmat. The latter might be better at wider apertures, especially in the corners. But individual examples mean more than general design features. Both are enlarging lenses, so both are optimized for usual enlarging ratios, which for 50mm lenses is probably 1:8 or thereabouts.

Did you mean to ask about 150mm lenses? 50mm lenses are for 35mm negatives.

The Fujinon EX and EP were 6 element (all plasmat type) while the ES were 4 element tessar types. Yes, I was looking at the lens diagrams and printed information.
