Waibl was a smaller maker in Vienna at the same time as Voigtländer and Dietzler in the 40´s and 50´s.
I am helping someone prepare a listing. He appears to have a 75mm lens Petzval (dreizöller - threeincher) with EFL around 300mm. This comes out to exactly F4. Does anyone have any knowledge about these? I would have expected them to be a bit faster?
