that is written on the Jobo

i am trying to figure out if it is an older or later model?

This is an early model (the "NR 10 441" is the important number here). The 10 4XX suggests that this is a single bearing model. Double bearings commenced at S/N 10 593.

If you have the choice, don't get one with a S/N under 22 000. CPP2s with higher S/Ns had both the stronger motor AND stronger motor circuitry to accommodate it.

What you stated Lachian, applies to USA versions and serials the AU may be that old, but its not a USA unit....so what you have stated may not apply.
The really easy way of getting an idea of the age or wether the unit was refurbed is to look at the screw holdong the drive in place. If its a hex screw then the unit has a new motor. If the Gear is white and the screw mounting it is slotted the CPP2 is either a single bearing or the middle version of the motor. Single bearing motors typically had or have a plastic bushing around the motor shaft for support.
