I am in the market for a new light meter; I have decided to go with Sekonic, since I have used them before, and when I used to work photo retail I was always impressed with their line. I have been offered an L-518 for a reasonable price, but I cannot find any information about this meter on the Web! Does anyone have experience with it? Would you recommend it? Any details are helpful. Thank you.

The same question has been posted on the Sekonic user forum. See

I have a 508, which I like. I don't know if you use flash, but the 508 has a flash meter, ambient meter, and down to a 1 degree spot meter. If I'm simultaneously shooting color, I use this meter for both b&w and color.
