I just ordered one of these and know that it accepts a Mamiya RB 67 back and a horseman 6x9 back but wanted to know if other backs like the Linhof Rolex 6x9 back would work also

No to the Linhof (big and heavy). It takes the Horseman, Mamiya & Arca Swiss (re-branded Horseman).
