Hello,
I'm looking to buy a second-hand 75mm lens for my 4x5" cambo and was wondering if I just can buy any lens attached to another manufactures lens plate and change it to a cambo lens plate. For example, can I buy this lens:

http://www.benl.ebay.be/itm/RODENSTOCK-GRANDAGON-N-6-8-75-MC-DB-SINAR-PLATTE-/320720575435?pt=DE_Foto_Camcorder_Objektive&hash=item4aac6f9bcb

and use it on my cambo camera?

I was also wondering if I need to know anything about the shutter or if I can exchange them as well.

Any suggestions toward the 75mm lens type are welcome as well, I'm mainly looking at the Rodenstock Grandagon and Schneider Super Angulon.

Thanks everybody for reading my post!

There is no shutter on the lens you posted a link to. You need a lens mounted in shutter, and yes, you can mount a lens in shutter on any lensboard with the correct size hole.

Here is a very helpful source of info :http://www.largeformatphotography.info/

After you have been here for 30 days, you will have access to the For Sale section. Might be worth the wait.
