Will the P range of Cokin Filters cover the full field with a 65mm Super Angulon on a 5 x 4 camera/

yes, but not without vignetting if you use the multi-slot holder. You can cut the extra ears off your holder or maybe they sell a single slot holder at this point.

Also, 'no' if you use a center filter. The exit diameter of the center filter is 82 or 86 mm, IIRC. You'd need the X-Pro 4x6 Cokin filters for that to not vignette.
