Fuji PA-145

..I was wondering, are there people here who are using Fuji PA-145 instant back for 5x4? And maybe someone knows where would it be possible to acquire one? (preferably in the UK)

The PA-145 uses the smaller size pack film, 3.25 x 4.25; as such, it is usually available for a very reasonable price ($60-$90) on eBay.
Prices are likely a little higher in the UK.
Have you tried eBay UK, or any UK-based LF forums?

Polaroid 405, uses same film. Google it

The Polaroid 405 backs are often much more abundant then the Fuji PA-145 backs.
Same story with the larger Polaroid 550 vs the Fuji PA-45. Patience is key.
The backs you're looking for will come up for auction, sometimes a flood of them.
You just may be experiencing a lull right now.
Looks like the recent completed prices are in the 65-80 GBP range; a tad higher then I expected, but not exorbitant.

My local camera shop has 2 in good shape for about $25 USD.

There is about 3 others in good shape along with a PA-45. All under $25.
