Korona I Question

There is a very small Cherry wood box (1"x1.5") with some sort of glass at the end. It is hinged at the bottom and is on the right end of the camera, looking forward. :confused: Can someone tell me what that is?

That is a viewfinder. You should be able to look down into the top and see the scene the camera will take. Sometimes there is a brass cover that swings up. The viewfinder is hinged so if you turn the camera vertical you can flop it over and still use it. Often the mirror is tarnished/flaking off so you can't see much. Sometimes there is a ground glass, sometimes not.
