What for? That is just the catalogue bit (of stock Voigtländer cameras, by a third party) - the actual manual would be far more interesting.

It isn't worthless - but the full thing would be even more interesting. I am quite convinced that there will be English language lists of the same Voigtländer products about, while the recipes included (there must be some, as it is supposed to be "complete instructions for photography on paper" and his sales list includes the chemicals) might be unique...
