If you can extend the crack all the way across, you may be able to pull it out the other end.

Maybe you can slide a very thin metal sheet into the slot behind the slide to guide it out of the holder.

Duct tape, aka gaffer's tape, very sticky cloth tape. Not to patch the darkslide, but to stick it on the cracked portion, and pull up enough to slide the darkslide out. Just get the cracked portion aligned with the slot, and then pull it out, and pull off the tape as you pull the slide out.

You can't repair these plastic slides, only replace them. The replacement slides are fairly cheap.

I have had a similar problem and sorted it out as Brian describes.
But I do need a replacement plastic slide. Brian, where can I get them?

Any otherwise scrap Lisco 8x10" or 18x24cm double film holder.
Unfortunately, this is the part that gets damaged easiest!
