fuji pro 160s?

hi all,

this is what i asked fuji usa:

"i wonder if fujicolor pro 160s 4x5'' sheetfilm is available in the us. it is not listed on the b&h site.
can you please provide a distributers list or tell me how i could get hold of the product.

this is their answer:

"Please be advised that all 160 film has been discontinued. Therefore, we do not have information regarding dealers who may still be carrying this product. We are sorry that we are not able to assist you further in locating this item."

am i the only one who did not know about this?
this is not good.

There could potentially be a few more but i believe it is well known on this site that Fuji discontinued 160S in sheet film (In the USA)
You can still import it from Japan.

i read that 160 is not distributed in the usa anymore but simply couldn't believe it.

however, in my vocabulary 'discontinued' means 'not made anymore' instead of 'not distributed anymore in a certain region' so i panicked.

so import from europe or japan it is.
